We started Course Visionary Experts because too many training programs waste people's time. Slides packed with text nobody reads. Quizzes that test memory instead of understanding. Modules that take forty minutes when fifteen would do.
Our team in Sherbrooke includes instructional designers, multimedia producers, and subject-matter consultants. Between us we have built over 300 course modules for corporate clients, non-profits, and solo educators since 2019.
Every project begins with a single question: what should the learner be able to do after finishing this course that they cannot do right now? If we cannot answer that clearly, we go back to the drawing board before a single slide is created.

We map learning objectives to assessments before writing a single lesson. The result is a course where every activity has a purpose. Typical turnaround for a full curriculum outline: two to three weeks, depending on subject complexity.
Lesson scripts, workbook exercises, case studies, scenario branches. We write for screen and for print. Our writers specialize in making technical subjects readable without dumbing them down.
Short instructional videos shot in our Sherbrooke studio or on location. We handle scripting, filming, editing, and captioning. Average production time per finished minute of video: about four hours of studio work.
Courses built for phones and tablets first, desktops second. We develop in SCORM and xAPI formats compatible with Moodle, Canvas, Thinkific, and most enterprise LMS platforms.
Live training sessions, either in person in the Sherbrooke area or via Zoom and Teams. We run half-day and full-day workshops for groups of 8 to 40 participants, with hands-on exercises included.
Already have a course that is not performing? We review completion data, learner feedback, and content structure, then deliver a prioritized list of fixes. Most audits take five business days.

A 45-minute conversation where we learn about your audience, your goals, and your constraints. We ask about existing materials, preferred platforms, and deadlines. No cost, no obligation.
Within one week you receive a course blueprint: module breakdown, assessment strategy, media plan, and a fixed-price quote. We revise the blueprint until you approve it.
We develop content in two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint you review a working prototype, test interactions, and give feedback. Changes are folded into the next sprint.
We deploy the finished course to your LMS, run a pilot with a small learner group, and fix any issues. Post-launch support is included for 30 days at no extra charge.

It depends on scope. A short e-learning module with five lessons and basic interactions usually falls between $3,000 and $6,000 CAD. A full multi-module curriculum with custom video can range from $15,000 to $40,000. We always provide a fixed quote before work begins.
Yes. About a third of our clients are based in Ontario and the Maritimes. We handle everything remotely when needed, though we prefer at least one in-person meeting if you are within driving distance of Sherbrooke.
We build courses compatible with Moodle, Canvas, Thinkific, Teachable, and any platform that accepts SCORM 1.2 or 2004 packages. If you use a proprietary system, we can usually adapt, but we will confirm compatibility during the discovery call.
Absolutely. We offer standalone audit and revision services. Send us your existing course files and learner data, and we will identify what is working and what needs to change. Revisions are billed at an hourly rate or as a fixed project, your choice.
A single module with no video: three to four weeks. A ten-module course with original video content: ten to fourteen weeks. Rush timelines are possible for a surcharge, but we will be honest if a deadline is unrealistic.
